I have been an Assistant and Deputy Stage Manager since 2014 working mainly in London. Having benefitted from invaluable mentoring and placements at the start of my career to get me where I have, I have a responsibility to ensure I am doing as much as I can to pull up those who need it to get them further in the industry as well.
