Hannah is a Production Manager working on a wide variety of projects including Theatre, Dance, Circus and Festivals.

She says: “I have worked in a wide variety of teams from being the only woman in a group of men twice my age to very diverse groups in gender, sexuality, age and ethnicity. In my experience the most successful, collaborative and harmonious teams have been the most diverse. I want to use my position to champion brilliant people from diverse backgrounds. But it’s not entirely selfless; I know many different perspectives lead to a more well rounded, higher quality output which is good for me too!

Mentoring is something that I am really passionate about. I had (and still have) some amazing mentors throughout my career and I am very interested in being able to pay this forward.”
