Christian is very interested to learn and assist in anyway he can bring equality in our sector. From Christian’s previous time as a Technical manager where he strived to create a diverse team he was very aware of the applications coming in mainly being white men. This goes back to culture and learning at a younger age. He has also toured and production managed Breakin Convention in the UK and USA which included visiting Charlotte, North Carolina during the riots of 2015.
