boomsatsuma was created in 2011 to deliver the highest quality arts and creative opportunities for children and young people in the West of England and beyond. We pride ourselves on developing new models of cultural engagement for children and young people.
More recently, we have developed the Bristol School of Acting, a group of some of the country’s most experienced teachers of acting and leading theatre practitioners who have come together to create a new drama school. With this has come the opportunity to develop technical theatre training alongside performance courses.
We believe that with the opportunity to develop the next generation of theatre practitioners comes the obligation to open up these career paths to all and help create a workforce representative of our wider society.
