Association of British Theatre Technicians

The ABTT is an independent charity with membership open to anyone with an interest in theatre design, engineering, technology or the backstage crafts. The Association provides education and promotes excellence in both theatre design and the technical presentation of theatrical works. It produces a Code of Practice for the Theatre Industry in the UK.

The ABTT is a member of Stage Sight in order to support the delivery of its four core values. These underpin all its activities and are Promoting Diversity & Inclusion; Enabling Talent; Acknowledging Achievement and Representing All.
