We are reviewing our recruitment process to ensure that it is inclusive and accessible as possible. Interviews are being offered digitally or in a fully accessible location, job descriptions are now sense checked to remove jargon and list only what is required for the job, and the language of data monitoring forms is regularly being reviewed for transparency. Applications for jobs can also be submitted in video or voice note format if that is easier than a written format.
We are also trying to widen our net and advertise opportunities as widely as possible. We have worked extensively with Creative Access and regularly seek to update our list of places to advertise opportunities.
