We have a current workshop based, technical role and we are changing our recruitment practices in the following ways: creating inclusive job advert and description (monitoring for language and content), targeted advertising in order to reach groups that we wouldn’t have in the past, offering above the London Living Wage and naming the hourly rate in our advert.
